Queen Elizabeth Wildlife Safari Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at the Entebbe International Airport
Our Guide will warmly welcome you on arrival at the Airport or at your hotel in Entebbe/Kampala. For the former, you will be transferred to your hotel where you will be briefed about you safari by the guide. Depending on the time of arrival you are advised to have your money changed on this day, and you may also have the chance to visit Kampala city, about one hour drive from Entebbe. Please note: accommodation on arrival is not inclusive but can be arranged upon request.
Day 2: To Queen Elizabeth National Park
Depart Kampala in the morning after breakfast and go through Uganda’s beautiful green countryside. Watch out for the Equator en-route as well as plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits. Proceed to the Queen Elizabeth National Park arriving in time for lunch. After lunch proceed for an evening game drive where you will also see the crater Lakes, after which we return to our accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: In Queen Elizabeth National Park
We start with an extensive early morning game drive in the Park, while pursuing the most wildlife congested tracks including the Kasenyi Track. Expect to see; Elephants, Buffalos, Lions, Bush bucks, Kobs, the rare Giant forest hogs, Hyenas and Waterbucks. Return and have breakfast at your accommodation. In the afternoon we’ll take a launch cruise along the amazing Kazinga channel, an experience not to miss!! You will appreciate the scores of Hippos, Buffalos, and Crocodiles close to the waterside as well as if lucky, the rare Leopard prowling. There is a variety of bird species for example Pelicans, Cormorants, egrets, herons and Jacana amongst others. We then return to our accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: In Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have an excursion to Kyambura Gorge nearby to track the fast moving and elusive chimpanzees, one of man’s closest relations. The chimp population is quite mobile and viewing is unpredictable but the walk is enchanting. Alternatively go for a nature walk in Maramagambo Forest to see other primates and to visit the Blue Lake. In the afternoon take a drive to Katwe salt lake.
Day 5: End of Safari – To Kampala
After breakfast transfer to Kampala/Entebee
