Overview: UWEC Entebbe Zoo Behind the Scenes Tour
Entebbe zoo (UWEC) now provides a 3 hours lifetime Behind the scenes experience, in the past, wild animals were kept in captivity for thousands of years, as symbols of power or religious significance and many times as pets for those that have the love and fascination for animals. Now imagine a behind the scenes encounter with these fascinating animals on a 1 day tour in one place and stroll between each other. These include: The Lions, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino, Baby Elephant (African Big Five), Chimpanzees, the rare Shoe-bill Stork, monkeys, Giraffe, Cheetah, etc. Did you know that you can smell them, see them up-close and touch some of these wild rulers? To experience that locked away excitement, let us take you to their home at the Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre (UWEC Entebbe Zoo)
